Ordering

1. Contact Us

Email your order to us sutler@bigpond.com or you can phone Tony Miller on 02 6453 3125 (overseas 61 2 6453 3125).  This will ensure availability and correct sizing of the items you want.  We will also let you know the exact postage costs.

2. Make Payment

Payment can be made via direct deposit or cash.  Personal cheques are only accepted from approved customers.  PayPal is the preferred method of payment for our overseas customers.  Once we have your order, we will invoice you with exact costs.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Please understand that whilst we stock the more common items at all times, demand before major events can deplete the store.  Also, most of our ACW uniform items are custom made and therefore not available immediately.  Every effort will be made to complete your order for an event if you let us know your needs.

Shipping

Items are usually sent Australia Post and are charged only at the postage rate and cost of shipping materials.  Arrangement can sometimes be made to have items delivered to events to save you the cost of shipping.  Other shipping arrangements can be made if you prefer (such as express post or courier) — please contact us directly to discuss other options. 

We are happy to ship internationally at cost only.

Refund Policy

Please contact us directly via email or phone if there is a problem with any item.  If an item is faulty or does not fit due to our error, please return it within 30 days and a full refund or exchange will be offered.  Refunds are NOT accepted if an item does not fit due to a measurement error on your behalf.  Washed items are NOT accepted.
